Branson Appraisal was established in 2006. I have over twenty years experience in the real estate appraisal business. The first eight years were spent in Southern California, beginning at a national lending company as an assistant review appraiser; eventually becoming an independent contractor for a local appraisal company.
Upon relocation to the beautiful Ozarks, I upgraded my license to Certified Residential and became FHA approved. The area, as well as the weather is quite diverse offering a variety of construction quality, topography, and lake properties, keeping it interesting and fulfilling.
